Swedish Auditor General hints at massive Sida NGO fraud

 
An investigation by the Swedish National Audit Office of aid channelled through NGOs finds irregularities in all the projects reviewed. Sida is harshly criticised for allowing the misuse of aid funds to continue undetected.
