Norad frame agreements on untied mixed credits
The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) wants to simplify its procedures for mixed credit-financed contracts. The plan is to enter into framework agreements with three banks or financial institutions in Norway, which will handle the portfolio.
