Nordic Africa policies: think ‘outside the box’
The Nordic governments have again been reviewing their policies toward Africa. Swedish Africa scholar Göran Hydén challenges them to re-think their extreme loyalty to multilateralism and donor coordination, and instead to adopt bold, creative, Nordic approaches that fit Africa’s realities.
