Transparency International ranks tax havens among least corrupt

A report commissioned by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly criticises Transparency International (TI)’s corruption index for being biased, and even racist.

The TI index reinforces negative images of Africa, while ignoring grand-scale corruption involving multinational companies and Western governments facilitated by tax havens. Transparency International ranks many tax havens among the least corrupt countries.
