Swedfund studies 20-25 new prospects

Two companies dominate in the Finnish aid market; both of them are Danish-owned. Finnish aid procurement appears to be shrinking, but the Finnish Foreign Ministry has no overview of what it spends on aid consultancies each year. This article was based on figures supplied by individual desk officers at the Ministry. It turns out that some of the figures do not reflect contract values, but rather project costs. (See correction)
