Sida is accused of having a much larger staff entertainment budget than other Swedish government authorities. The aid agency argues that the funds it spends are not as high as originally claimed. But Sida has yet to explain the use of more than SEK 4,000 per head on flowers, wine, gifts, dinners and parties.
