Time, trust, patience
Two often contradictory perspectives dominate the current development discourse - the influence agenda and the results agenda. Nordic aid is increasingly used by governments as a tool of foreign policy. This may undermine aid effectiveness and a focus on institutional development, writes Alf Morten Jerve.
