Bilateral funds invest more in Africa than World Bank
The World Bank’s private sector arm IFC only makes a small fraction of its investments in Africa, compared to European aid-financed risk capital funds.
European funds invest every fourth dollar in Africa, while the Bank invests only one in ten dollars in the region, shows a report obtained by Development Today.
