How aid officials were sidelined in the Norway-Guyana forest deal
Guyana was an odd choice for Norway for a NOK 1.5 billion climate forest partnership. Norway had no prior experience with the country. Corruption was known to be rife. There are no Norwegian diplomats stationed in Georgetown.
