State agencies received over SEK 300m in Swedish aid funds in 2003

Sida transferred SEK 318 million to Swedish state agencies last year; equal to about a quarter of all Sida procurement out of Stockholm, though only a tiny fraction of the total Swedish aid budget. These contracts were given without going through a procurement process. (See DT 2/04)
