Rushing to find ‘representatives of the poor’

After insisting for months that the Norwegian-driven High-Level Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor would consist only of international celebrities, the Foreign Ministry in Oslo is now trying to fill the last empty spots in the commission with representatives of the poor.
