Gates, GAVI and the Norwegian spin doctors

When the Gates Foundation recently announced a new USD 750 million grant to GAVI over ten years, the world press highlighted that Norway had also made new commitments to the alliance. This was quite wrong; the result of an old story thrown into the global news cycle by spin doctors in the Norwegian Labour Party.
