Learning from the past: Sida’s Pangani evaluation

Sida has commissioned an “ex post evaluation" of the Pangani Falls Redevelopment Project in Tanzania. This marks the agency’s willingness to learn from past mistakes, writes Claude Mung’ong’o of the Institute of Resource Assessment in Dar es Salaam.
