Resource curse. NGO funds for projects on impacts of oil

The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) announces an October 1, 2007 deadline for applications from NGOs for projects that touch on “resource curse" issues; that is, strengthening civil society to deal with the impacts of oil extraction.
