Solheim links conditionality issue to IDA 15 negotiations

Norwegian Development Minister Erik Solheim (Socialist Left) is linking the negotiations concerning the 15th replenishment of IDA, the World Bank’s soft loan arm, to the Bank’s response on conditionality issues raised by the Norwegian government.
