Rainforest Foundation impatient with Norway’s climate spending

Ineffective funding channelled through the UN System. Lost opportunities in DRC. Little to show in Brazil before climate talks in Copenhagen in December.

Rainforest Foundation Director Lars Løvold is impatient about the way Norway is spending its forest climate money. In an interview with Development Today, he reflects on the effects of these funds so far.
