Evaluation of Norad-funded development research

The Evaluation Department of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) announces a tender for an evaluation of two programmes supporting research and education capacity of persons from developing countries. Both are run by the SIU - the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Higher Learning.
