‘Real-time’ evaluation of Norwegian REDD funding

has learned that the Evaluation Department of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) is planning to launch a tender for a so-called “real-time" evaluation of the Norwegian Climate and Forest Initiative, which is financed with ODA but managed out of the Environment Ministry.
