Unspent forest climate aid could reach NOK 5 billion by year’s end

Huge Norwegian aid investments aim to slow tropical forest destruction. Six years after Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg announced his plan to protect tropical forests as a way of mitigating climate change, NOK 8.4 billion in Norwegian aid have been disbursed, but NOK 4 billion remain unspent.
