Looking to Sweden

The Norwegian conservatives have been following closely the efforts of their Swedish colleague Development Minister Gunilla Carlsson (Conservative) to reform the aid system in Sweden over the past seven years. Early on, Carlsson reduced the number of recipient countries by more than half.
