Norwegian result-based climate aid earned by Guyana a decade ago is about to be put to work

The Inter-American Development Bank confirms to Development Today that the first disbursement to the Guyanese government from a USD 80 million Norwegian climate forest grant, transferred from Oslo to IDB in 2014, will occur later this month. The money will finance a solar power project in Guyana.
