A Tvinnereim-Solhjell breeze made waves in the pond

In a recent interview with Development Today, former Development Minister Anne Beathe Tvinnereim (Centre) described the tension in the government over what could be financed out of the aid budget and briefly criticised the former Norad director Bård Vegar Solhjell for making it harder for her to maintain the aid level in government negotiations. Solhjell insists he was only providing professional advice.
