Solhjell steps down as chief of Norad and withdraws from race for top job in UNDP

During Bård Vegar Solhjell’s five-and-a-half-year tenure as head of Norad, the aid agency’s budget expanded threefold. In an interview with Development Today, he reflects over changes at the agency and his candidature for Administrator of UNDP.
