Proof of concept: Norway’s Climate Fund exits pioneering South African solar project after just two years

The Oslo-based Climate Investment Fund is exiting the Kenhardt hybrid sun power and battery project in South Africa, the largest of its kind in Africa, after just two years. Fund chief Bjørnar Baugerud says their job is done, others can now take over the financing.
