NDF: Small is beautiful, but the Nordic fund’s financing could dry up
The Nordic Development Fund has carved out a niche for itself as an innovative player providing early-stage, high-risk concessional climate financing. Its small size allows it to be agile and flexible. An evaluation of the fund says a new capital extension is needed to prevent funding from drying up.
