Three Nordic research institutes assess UNRWA’s neutrality in fast-tracked review

This week, three Nordic research institutes began work on an independent review of the UN Palestinian refugee agency’s capacity to act neutrally under “extremely challenging conditions.” The UN Secretary General António Guterres wants an interim report by late March. A UN spokesperson tells Development Today the institutes were carefully chosen for their expertise and independence.
