Helping African businesses through the pandemic

The EU, Bretton Woods and national donors are pledging tens of billions of euro to mitigate the hardship caused by the corona pandemic in developing countries. Almost all these funds target the public sector at a time when the private sector is being devastated by the lockdown in many African countries.
