Norwegian budget: Ukraine aid crowds out support for crises in Africa and elsewhere
For the first time in four years, the Norwegian government proposes an aid budget at 1 per cent of GNI as a starting point for negotiations in Parliament. With one in four aid crowns earmarked for Ukraine, and cuts to Africa and the UN, it has triggered an outcry.
